Germany - free shipping on orders over €75
Our design products are usually delivered within 1-2 business days if ordered by 2 p.m. All orders placed later on business days that only contain products available for immediate delivery will be shipped the following business day.
Europe
Products that are immediately available are usually delivered to you within 4-6 business days.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for many orders within Germany. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for shipping your order within Germany, and shipping is free for orders over €75.
The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If, as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the value of the goods you have kept falls below €75, the shipping costs of €5.95 will be charged retrospectively and offset against your refund for the return.
For individual items that exceed the standard package size, bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply. These will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90.

How can I return products?
You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receiving your order. More information
If you want to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you want to return. Please bear the cost of the return shipment yourself—this does not apply to justified complaints, of course.
A different delivery time is displayed
If a product is only available for pre-order or is out of stock, it is not immediately available for delivery. In this case, you will find the different delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product back in stock and have shipped it, it will arrive within the above-mentioned delivery times.

What’s in the Advent calendar?
24 design items from our range with a total value of around €800. We won’t reveal exactly what’s inside – that’s the whole point. What we can promise you is this: every item is a standard product from our shop – no custom-made items, no filler items, and no sweets.
When will the calendar arrive?
Dispatch from early/mid-November. All orders will arrive by 30 November at the latest, so in time for 1 December.
How much are the delivery charges?
We offer free delivery within Germany. For deliveries abroad, you’ll see the delivery charges at checkout once you’ve entered your address.
Why does the calendar cost €425?
Because it contains around €800 worth of goods. That’s 24 products that you could also buy individually from us, but here they’re at half price and in a calendar that we pack by hand.
What is the early-bird price?
Until 1 November, the calendar costs €375 instead of €425. Early orders help us with our planning, so we’re passing on the saving to you.
