In 1984 the Delta vase won the '5th Arango International Design Contest, Glass that Works' in Miami.\u003cbr \/\u003e\u003cbr \/\u003eThe Delta vase has received numerous international awards and can be found in world renowned museum collections such as the MoMA in New York, the Neue Sammlung in München and the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam.\u003cbr \/\u003e\u003cbr \/\u003eEach vase is engraved with the signature of the designer. This would give the impression that Van Schijndel sees the vase as an art object.
